Brosnan is looking for an Operations Manager (OM) responsible for monitoring and executing various operational duties within a dedicated region. The OM will work closely with the regionally based teams (matrixed reporting structure) and be a direct resource to the security officer and field supervision staff around the clock. They will also have local knowledge of the region, market, and all sites within OM's Regional Operationscoverage area.

Responsibilities:
The duties of this position include assisting in job set-up, developing and filling schedules through WinTeam and Securities, and monitoring current job performance within the region. In addition, the Operations Manager will take action to ensure job set-up, staffing, and completion in an efficient manner and improve overall performance. The Operations Manager will also assist in staffing ad hoc / temporary last-minute work requests, proactively managing and reducing unbilled overtime, and several other operational responsibilities involving Logistics and Human Resources.
The ideal candidate is a great multi-tasker and power user of WinTeam, Lighthouse, and all the applications presently used in the field. Must be able to handle stress and prioritize various tasks to be completed promptly. Clear communication between multiple management levels is vital. This position reports to the District Managers (DM).
Assist in completing field-supplied job set-up forms resulting in verified job numbers.
Complete schedules, including backup roster (WinTeam).
Monitor SOs smartphone app clock-ins and clock-outs (eHub & Securitime).
Camera monitoring to ensure compliance and safety.
Camera functionality audits with IT / Logistics.
Fill shifts where the SO calls out last minute and update WinTeam.
Schedule ad hoc / last-minute temporary sites when necessary and confirm coverage.
Work with the HR recruiter and field management (RAM / DM) in the region to ensure all service needs are correctly being addressed, individuals are hired to fulfill all positions, and replacements are hired when needed.
Work with Operational Analysts to report to RAM / DM client complaints, attendance problems, or other performance issues; advises management of any staffing problems that may arise as client requirements change.
Work with Intelligence Analysts to escalate important Incident Reports and other reports to the relevant Brosnan manager(s) and client manager(s).
Recommend operational improvements and efficiencies to your ROC manager
Provide daily operations reports shifting Ops Analyst and Supervisor next.
Work with Logistics and the local and regional teams to manage uniforms and equipment inventories.
Receive and dispatch vehicle or equipment malfunctions notifications.
Receive, record, and direct any guard, field complaint, or personnel issue (non-business hours).
Continued review of training material to ensure compliance with the BRC Policies and Procedures. Notify the field of any BRC or Client initiated procedural changes.
Ensure Lighthouse & eHub are adequately utilized by SOs and Field Supervisors. Resolve use questions of these and other applications.
Maintains current knowledge of site contract requirements., including SO training requirements.
Maintain all SO's availability, time worked, and client exclusion lists. Coordinates with field-based schedule architect.
Report requests for time off, including vacation and personal leave requests to the guard's immediate Supervisor and verify schedule impact, if any.

Qualifications:
Associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
Excellent communication skills; customer service experience is a plus
Skilled multi-tasker
Keen attention to detail
Reliable transportation and proximity service area
seven years of Supervisory and scheduling experience required
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
Must have a Valid State Driver's License
