Sodexo Corporate Services is looking for a Sr. Manager, Area Support (Culinary Support) in New York, NY. As the Sr. Manager, Area Support (Culinary Operations) for one of Sodexo's most prestigious contracts, you'll lead a high-impact culinary program that sets the standard in corporate food. In this role, you'll oversee all food operations, from managing an innovative pantry program to crafting exceptional dining and hospitality experiences. This is a unique opportunity to merge culinary excellence with operational expertise, creativity, and a focus on sustainable practices.

Culinary Leadership & Innovation

Develop a creative vision for the food program, curating a pantry experience that's trendsetting, unique, and delightfully engaging.

Lead and inspire a team of chefs and food service professionals, promoting a culture of innovation and culinary excellence.

Introduce seasonal, on-trend menu items and pantry offerings that reflect quality, taste, and artistry.

Operational Excellence

Oversee daily food operations, ensuring the highest standards of food quality, safety, and service across all dining and pantry areas.

Implement efficient kitchen management practices, maintaining an optimal balance between quality and productivity.

Establish and refine Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to uphold consistency, safety, and excellence in food service.

Customer Experience

Elevate the food experience, focusing on a customer-first approach that creates memorable hospitality moments.

Use customer insights and feedback to personalize offerings and improve satisfaction.

Build strong relationships with stakeholders, tailoring the food program to fit client preferences and needs.

Sustainability & Innovation

Champion sustainable practices, prioritizing local sourcing, waste reduction, and eco-friendly packaging.

Collaborate with partners to introduce carbon footprint labeling and other environmentally conscious initiatives.

Launch monthly features and creative pantry items that reflect a commitment to variety, quality, and sustainability.

Financial & Performance Management

Track key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring financial goals are met while maintaining quality and innovation.

Collaborate closely with finance teams to deliver regular reports and uphold transparency.

Team Development

Mentor and develop team members, providing training, support, and growth opportunities.

Foster a positive work environment where culinary professionals thrive and feel valued.

Qualifications & Requirements:
Basic Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

Basic Management Experience - 5 years

Basic Functional Experience - 3 years of experience in operations
