Job Description: We are currently seeking the right individual to fill an immediate need for a Union Counter Sales Coordinator

Must Haves:

At least 1 year of HVAC product knowledge

1-2 years of computer experience (Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint, Teams, and inventory management systems.)

1-2 years of Customer Service Experience

Responsibilities:

• Operate cash drawer and follows established cash handling procedures

• Maintain a safe working environment including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment)

• Prepare and stage orders for customer pick up

• Maintain store appearance and merchandising standards as advised

• Ensure that merchandise is restocked and placed in their respective areas

• Actively engage in developing more effective customer service skills

• Provides honest and trustworthy advice to customers regarding the best products that fit the customers' expectations

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of sales experience

• HVAC knowledge of products

• Ability to lift, load, and deliver merchandise

• General math skills to allow for cash accounting

• An ability to learn is a must have!

• Excellent decision making and communication skills

Comments for Suppliers: Monday through Friday 7 am to 4 pm 1-hour unpaid lunch possible 4 hours on Saturdays depending on business needs.
