Overview:
To support the mission of Helio Health, Inc., the Financial Management Unit Team Leader is responsible for supervising the day-to-day interaction with service recipients and managing their personal budgets. The successful candidate will be great with money management and possess excellent customer service skills. This is a Full-Time position working out of Helio Health's Financial Management Unit Program.
In addition to Helio Health's comprehensive benefits package, this position is eligible for a Sign-On Incentive up to $1,500!
Pay: $55,000 - $65,000 per year
Working Relationships:
Takes direction from the Division Vice President.
Participates with the Helio Health, Inc. Leadership Team in Outcomes Management activities.
Works with patients/residents, internal and external community agencies and organizations.
Coordinates services with external case managers, managed care operators, licensing, funding and contracting agencies.
Responsibilities:
Maintains and provides supervision of program staff. Related duties include:Recruiting and selection of staff for employment. Ensuring continuing process improvement and staff development.
Continuous staff performance evaluation and supervision.
Knowledge and responsibility for fiscal operation of program.
Implements Quality Improvement activities to include:
Recommends program standards and measurements for continuous quality improvement.Monitors provision of services.
Evaluates program and identifies strengths/weaknesses.
Manages problem resolution and implementation of supervisor approved program
modifications.
Participates in Management and Administrative committees as assigned.
Maintains program records and statistical accountability utilizing Helio Health, Inc. data systems and required external data systems.
Represents agency to the community.
Manage patients and other assigned individuals' budgets and spending disbursements in accordance with Social Security Income Guidelines.
Coordinates services with external case managers, managed care operators, licensing, funding, and contracting agencies.
Provide excellent customer service to patients/residents, internal and external community agencies and organizations.
Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED required. Associate's Degree preferred.
3-5 years of related financial management related work experience.
Prior experience with money management and planning/budgeting in a professional setting preferred.
Knowledge of budgeting principles, resource management, and revenue management.
