Job Title: Program Manager

Location: Tarrytown, NY

Employment Type: Full-Time

Position Overview: As a Program Manager, you will be responsible for planning, executing, and closing projects within our portfolio. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure project goals align with our business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a background in the pharma industry and be comfortable working on-site at least three days a week in Tarrytown, NY.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budget constraints.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including R&D, regulatory, marketing, and operations, to ensure alignment and successful project execution.

Develop and maintain project plans, including scope, timelines, resources, and budgets.

Facilitate regular project meetings, providing updates and addressing any issues that arise.

Identify risks and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success.

Track project performance and generate regular reports for stakeholders.

Foster a collaborative team environment and promote best practices in project management.

Conduct status review sessions

Create periodic program status reports for CXO's

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

Minimum of 7 years of experience in program or project management

Strong understanding of pharmaceutical development processes and regulatory requirements.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure.

Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency in project management tools
