Job description
Overview:
The Human Resources Data Solutions Analyst collaborates with the BP team, handles administrative duties, and supports BP-related data tasks. The HR Data Solutions Analyst compiles and analyzes Human Resources data, metrics, and statistics, and apply this data to make recommendations to the Business Partner team related to recruitment, retention, and engagement strategies. Acts as a resource to the Business Partner team in compiling information and data in order to develop meaningful dashboards. This position requires a blend of strong analytical and critical thinking skills with keen knowledge of project management, and deep understanding of information systems best practice. Ability to think critically in a fast-paced environment and demonstrate visible momentum is a must.
This position is hybrid.

Qualifications:
Education: High School Diploma or GED, required. 4 Year / Bachelors Degree, preferred. Human Resources, Information Systems, Management Information System
Experience: Three years data analytics, required. Three years Management Information Systems, Broad knowledge of a variety of computer systems and technologies, required.

Customer Service: Holds staff accountable for customer service standards and ensures service recovery when needed. Ensures staff responds to customers in a timely manner.

Digital Fluency: Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365, Word, Teams, and PowerPoint. Intermediate proficiency in Excel to include pivot tables, v-lookups, macros, and data analysis.
