Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field. Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., Prosci or similar as acknowledged by ACMP ) preferred.

Experience: Minimum of 7 years of experience leading enterprise change initiatives and 5 years of supervisory or management experience.

Licensure/Certification: Change Management practitioner certification preferred (Prosci or similar as acknowledged by ACMP)

Additional Skills (required):Strategic thinker with the ability to align development initiatives with business objectives.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with senior leaders and diverse teams.

High level of integrity, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity.

Strong leader that can inspire and motivate others to achieve results.

Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment and drive for results within the organization.
