Job description

Client Details

Our client is one of the most reputable life sciences construction management firms in the nation. They specialize in life sciences and food/beverage construction projects in the RTP area.

They are seeking a Project Manager for a $100M life sciences project being delivered for a reputable life sciences client. They are looking for a PM with experience doing EPC/EPCM delivery, and experience managing large scale life sciences projects $75M+. They are a privately held company that has been around for 40+ years - people want to be there and join them because they care about the work they are performing. It's complex and challenging, but meaningful and impactful! This is an excellent opportunity to join a great, mid-size company - big enough to take on large scale projects and can do it all in house, but small enough that you know everyone!

There's tons of room for growth across multiple disciplines - vertically and laterally!
