PowerBI Analyst/Developer
Onsite
$75,000 - $120,000

Our client is seeking a highly skilled and motivated PowerBI Analyst/Developer with expertise in integrating PowerBI with Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (D365 FO). In this role, you will create impactful PowerBI reports and analytics for our client's business teams, focusing on seamless D365 FO integration. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a passion for continuous improvement in both processes and architecture.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Design and develop visually compelling, interactive reports and dashboards using Power BI, incorporating advanced visualizations, filters, and slicers to provide actionable insights.
  2. Implement efficient and scalable data models in Power BI, including complex relationships, calculated columns, and measures to support evolving business requirements.
  3. Collaborate closely with IT teams, cross-functional departments, developers, and external partners to design and build Power BI solutions that address critical business needs.
  4. Contribute strategic insights to enhance the PowerBI-D365 FO integration architecture, driving system improvements and optimizations.
  5. Proactively monitor and optimize the performance of PowerBI reports and dashboards, ensuring high availability and responsiveness.
  6. Provide expert technical support to internal users, quickly resolving issues and enhancing user adoption of the PowerBI reporting and analytics platform.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Finance, Business Administration, or related field, plus 3-5 years of experience in PowerBI development and D365 FO integration.
  • Demonstrated expertise in PowerBI architecture, DAX, M, SQL, and D365 FO data structures, with a proven track record of solving complex data and reporting challenges.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to effectively translate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in Azure Data Services and relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Power BI Data Analyst Associate) are highly desirable.
