Job description

Job Overview As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the supervision of a licensed physical therapist to provide care to patients in various settings, such as outpatient clinics, inpatient facilities, and occupational health centers. Duties - Assist in implementing treatment plans designed by the physical therapist - Provide hands-on therapy to patients - Educate patients on exercises and activities - Monitor and document patient progress - Collaborate with the physical therapist and other healthcare professionals Experience - Experience in patient care within outpatient or orthopedic settings is preferred - Knowledge of medical terminology and anatomy - Familiarity with acute care, geriatrics, and occupational health - Previous experience in an inpatient or clinic environment is beneficial
