Career Transitions is working with an industry leader who seeks a highly motivated and dynamic Account Manager to oversee and manage key client accounts. The Account Manager will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met while driving long-term growth and satisfaction. This role is critical in maintaining and building strong client relationships, coordinating internal teams, and identifying opportunities to deliver added value to the customer experience.

What you are doing as an Account Manager:

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all client account matters, building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with clients.


• Prepare and present regular business reviews and updates to clients, highlighting value delivered, progress on objectives, and future recommendations.


• Oversee account budgets and ensure profitability while maintaining high client satisfaction.


• Identify growth opportunities within existing accounts to up-sell and cross-sell products and services. Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to pursue new business opportunities.


• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions according to client needs and objectives.


• Address client issues promptly and develop tailored solutions to resolve their challenges, escalating critical issues when necessary.


• Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) for client accounts, ensuring goals and expectations are met or exceeded.


• Ensure all client contracts are up to date, and renewal processes are managed proactively.

What you need as an Account Manager:

• Associates degree required.


• 2+ years of experience in a similar role, customer service or sales position.


• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.


• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.


• Ability to manage multiple projects at once while maintaining strong client relationships.


• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
