OVERVIEW OF THE BENEFITS & PAYROLL SPECIALIST ROLE:

• Process semi-monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• The Benefits & Payroll Specialist will administer employee benefit programs including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
• Manage benefit enrollments, terminations, and updates.
• Ensure compliance with federal and state payroll regulations.
• The Benefits & Payroll Specialist will handle employee inquiries related to payroll, benefits, and tax information.
• Collaborate with HR to coordinate new hire orientations and benefits onboarding.
• Reconcile payroll and benefits deductions, ensuring data accuracy.
• The Benefits & Payroll Specialist will prepare and distribute payroll reports as required by management.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS FOR BENEFITS & PAYROLL SPECIALIST ROLE:

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in payroll and benefits administration.
