Must Have Technical Skills:

Qualifications:

• Candidates should have 5-7 years of experience in Informatica, financial services, SQL, and Oracle.

• Strong attention to detail,

• Excellent communication skills

• Ability to work in an agile environment are crucial

The client is seeking a Senior Software Engineer with a strong focus on Informatica for a credit card transformation project within their Concert Initiatives. The assignment is expected to last six months, with potential for extension and full-time conversion. Responsibilities include modifying existing software, designing new systems, and overseeing testing and maintenance. The project emphasizes modernization and the development of new architecture and microservices. The team consists of 7-8 members, and collaboration with BSAs, Scrum Masters, and Product Owners is essential.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Modify existing software to correct errors, to adapt it to new hardware or to upgrade interfaces and improve performance.

• Design and develop software systems, using scientific analysis and mathematical models to predict and measure outcome and consequences of design.

• Consult with engineering staff to evaluate interface between hardware and software, develop specifications and performance requirements and resolve customer problems.

• Advise customer about, or perform, maintenance of software system.

• Develop and direct software system testing and validation procedures.

Additional Details:

This hybrid role (3 days in-office) is open to candidates primarily in Pittsburgh and Dallas, but other tech hubs are acceptable.
