Plaintiff Mass Tort Litigation Associate Attorney

Position: Plaintiff Mass Tort Litigation Associate Attorney
Experience Level: 2-5 years

Position Overview:
We are actively seeking an experienced Plaintiff Mass Tort Litigation Associate Attorney with a strong background in asbestos litigation. The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of plaintiff-focused mass tort experience and be ready to take a hands-on role within a dynamic legal team dedicated to justice for affected clients.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage and oversee plaintiff mass tort cases, with a focus on asbestos litigation
  • Conduct detailed investigations, research, and prepare case filings and motions
  • Coordinate discovery processes, including depositions, interrogatories, and document production
  • Represent clients in court hearings, mediations, and settlement discussions
  • Maintain regular client communication to provide updates, explain processes, and strategize case progress

Qualifications:


  • 2-5 years of experience in plaintiff mass tort litigation, with specific experience in asbestos cases required
  • Licensed to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and courtroom skills
  • Exceptional attention to detail and ability to handle complex caseloads
