Overview:
East Penn is currently seeking a 3rd shift Supervisor for our Topton Distribution Center. We are seeking highly motivated, skilled candidates who would be interested in joining our leadership team.

Qualifications:
Must be qualified to

Develop a prioritization of work to ensure the warehouse operates safely and productively throughout the yearAbility to coordinate scheduling among warehouse operation

Maintain good internal/external relationships

Provide feedback on the implementation of work schedules and assignment to promote and ensure productive/safe operation

Basic math and computer skills (Word, Excel, Internet)

Excellent employee relationship skills

Take an active role in leading safety initiatives that drive our corporate goals

Should adhere all Health and Safety standards requirements and responsible for all safety objectives

Strong personal commitment; and leadership; models behaviors in words and actions that reflect the organizations values

Directing others, relating to others (strong interpersonal skills, building trust)

Must be able to communicate effectively written and orally in English

Education

Must have High School diploma /GED or Above
