Overview:
Remote / Hybrid Schedule Job Opportunity from Chesterbrook, PA
Responsibilities:
Strategic Campaign Execution and Optimization
Develop and execute paid search strategies that align with JG Wentworth's marketing objectives and business goals.
Manage the day-to-day execution of paid search and performance max campaigns across Google and Microsoft Ads.
Allocate and optimize campaign budgets, ensuring efficient spending and maximizing return.
Identify and implement regular optimizations across account structure, bid strategies, and creative testing to enhance campaign performance.
Performance Analysis and Reporting
Develop and maintain reporting dashboards to track key performance metrics, including impressions, clicks, conversions, and ROI.
Conduct thorough analyses campaign performance data regularly to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
Provide stakeholders with clear, actionable insights based on data analysis, recommending strategies for continued improvement.
Monitor and forecast paid search spending, ensuring alignment with budget goals and targets.
Collaboration and Thought Leadership
Work closely with internal teams to align, including creative, product, growth, and sales to ensure paid search strategies align with broader marketing initiatives.
Stay current on industry trends, search engine updates, and best practices to ensure campaigns are innovative and competitive.
Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
Team Leadership
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of paid media professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and high performance.
Set clear performance expectations, provide regular feedback, and conduct performance reviews.
Recruit and onboard new team members as needed.
Qualifications:
Qualifications:
7+ years of experience in paid search, with a proven track record of managing successful lead generation campaigns.
Experience in managing campaigns focused on lead generation within industries with offline sales components.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret nuanced data and make data-driven decisions to optimize campaigns.
Demonstrated experience with modern smart bidding strategies, particularly target ROAS and max conversion value.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
Up-to-date knowledge of paid search industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
Bonus Points:
Experience with business intelligence tools like Power BI for data analysis.
Experience with using and tailoring offline conversion imports as bidding objectives in search campaigns.
Experience in regulated industries with restrictions on first-party audience use, such as financial services or healthcare.

Range of total compensation- $100,000 to $200,000 per year
