Job Summary:
The Partner Services Coordinator will support our growing Services organization by providing support to teams that are delivering IT services to our Customers. The Advisor will interface with Customers, Sales, Accounting, and our Subcontractor network to ensure success as we help our Customers to deploy and manage their technology. The Advisor is responsible for providing support from the start of the IT delivery project (project kick off) to the end (project close), ensuring that projects are being billed accurately and on time as well as delivered with excellence. This position will reports to the PMO Operations Services Manager in our Austin, Texas office location.

Responsibilities:
Include but not limited to:
Manage project documentation, which includes review and execution (digital signature) of the Statement of Work (contract)
Set up the project in an online tool used to manage projects and billing activities end to end
Coordinate with Accounting to ensure subcontractor accounts are in good standing / paid timely
Handle requests from subcontractors for payment status updates
Attend applicable project meetings, for example, at the start of the project (kickoff) and completion (close) to ensure all parties (Customer, Sales, Subcontractor) are aligned on expectations, roles & responsibilities, etc.
Manage expectations throughout the project, monitor risk, and escalate issues to appropriate resource(s)
Provide feedback to appropriate parties during projects to ensure that Subcontractors are meeting / exceeding SHI's standard of excellence
Manage all aspects of project billing / invoicing activities, ensuring timely and accurate billing of project
Leverage existing centralized documentation repository (training, best practices, etc.) and contribute to it with the spirt of continuous improvement to enable scalable growth
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience required
3-5 years' experience managing Customer relationships/projects
Knowledgeable of Microsoft Office applications
Required Skills:
Strong time management skills with ability to support multiple projects in flight at the same time
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail, able to juggle and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously while delivering on commitments
Solid sense of accountability, high-quality judgement, and sound decision-making
Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
Preferred Qualifications/Skills:
Experience with Contracts and/or Statements of Work
Billing Software/PSA
Experience with PSA/Autotask, Airtable, Visio is a plus
Unique Requirements:
Travel to onsite locations as needed, up to 10%
Additional Information:
The estimated annual pay range for this position is $55,000 - $80,000 which includes a base salary and commission. The compensation for this position is dependent on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and market location and, therefore, will vary from individual to individual. Benefits may include, but are not limited to, medical, vision, dental, 401K, and flexible spending.
