to join our Fluence engineering team onsite in
Austin, Texas

What youll do

Participate in the entire product development process from concept to product release in the market.

Mechanical design, development, testing, and documentationof new products, parts, and assemblies of LED luminaires.

Design for manufacturability.

Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure requirements are met includingo cost, performance, safety. and compliance.

Update and maintain development reports.

What youll need

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering, or related

3+ years' work experience in End2End NPD (New Product Development) for electrical/electronic related products; LED luminaire design experience preferred

Expert in 3D modeling (SolidWorks or comparable)

Deep working knowledge of FEA (Finite Element Analysis) and thermal management

Excellent knowledge of materials and manufacturing processes (i.e., assembly)

Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without current or future company sponsorship needs.

Salary:
$100,100 - $135,000

Bonus:
target bonus opportunity - 10%
