Job Description:

As a Product Manager, you will be responsible for delivering quality products and solutions to customers by understanding product strategy and customer needs. You will support the development of business cases, develop business requirements, and assist in product development and deployment. You will provide leadership and support to business and system partners through requirements gathering, process development, change management, and training programs. Additionally, you will develop and execute an overall project plan, communicate project status, remove blockers, escalate issues, manage risk, conduct post-project evaluations, maintain issues lists, and resolve outstanding issues.

Key Responsibilities:

Own all aspects of specific product launches, including development, implementation, and production, while understanding stakeholder needs, prioritizing potential solutions, and measuring success through key metrics.

Ensure the technology ecosystem supports the strategic objectives and use cases identified by business and marketing partners.

Evaluate existing technology, processes, and operating models to identify and capitalize on opportunities for optimization and improvement.

Serve as the bridge between business and marketing stakeholders and the platform and technology teams, ensuring priorities are clearly aligned across all stakeholders.

Maintain knowledge of platform features, capabilities, and enhancements to support business and marketing stakeholders, identifying opportunities for piloting and long-term adoption of both new and existing features.

Understand business objectives and create, document, and translate them into detailed use cases and business requirements; provide all documentation and input required to technology partners, developers, and product managers.

Develop a deep understanding of client needs, build close relationships with key stakeholders, and deliver positive outcome-oriented solutions.

Support the development of documentation, training, best practices, and other resources to increase overall adoption and efficiency of the broader team.

Communicate project status effectively and proactively escalate any issues that may arise.

Conduct post-project evaluations to ensure continuous improvement and success tracking.

Required Skills, Experiences, Education, and Competencies:

4-8 years of full-time work experience in Project Management or Product Management within a large organization.

Proven experience in executing product strategies and roadmaps, business cases, and other product development responsibilities.

Familiarity with digital communications spanning marketing, service, regulatory, and print/digital channels.

Strong creative problem-solving abilities and process optimization skills in complex digital ecosystems.

Excellent relationship-building and collaborative skills, with a strong ability to champion initiatives across multiple departments.

High sense of responsibility and the ability to activate next steps efficiently and proactively.

Comfort dealing with ambiguity and motivation to achieve results while operating autonomously in a dynamic work environment.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to develop concise and effective presentations for diverse audiences.

Familiarity with industry-leading communications and platforms is preferred.

Strong attention to detail and the ability to work well under pressure.

The hourly range for roles of this nature are $50.00 to $80.00/hr. Rates are heavily dependent on skills, experience, location, and industry.
