We are seeking a highly experienced and visionary Vice President of Product to lead our product development efforts in the healthcare and wellness sector. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker with a proven track record of developing and launching successful healthcare and wellness products that cross both the physical and digital world. As the VP of Product, you will be responsible for defining and executing our product strategy, ensuring our offerings align with market needs, and driving the growth of our product portfolio.

Responsibilities:

Product Strategy: Develop and communicate a clear product strategy aligned with the company's mission and business objectives. Define short-term and long-term product goals and lead the execution of the product roadmap.

Team Leadership: Build and lead a high-performing product team, including product managers, designers, and engineers. Foster a collaborative and innovative product development culture.

Market Analysis: Stay informed about healthcare and wellness industry trends, competitor products, and customer needs. Use market research to identify opportunities for new product development and improvements to existing offerings.

Product Development: Oversee the end-to-end product development process, from concept to launch. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product delivery, on-time and within budget.

Product Lifecycle Management: Manage the entire product lifecycle, including product planning, development, launch, and ongoing enhancements. Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions to optimize products and achieve KPIs.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure that all products adhere to healthcare regulations and compliance standards. Work closely with regulatory affairs to navigate the complex landscape of healthcare product approval.

Quality Assurance: Maintain a high level of quality for all products, including safety and effectiveness. Implement robust testing and quality assurance processes.

Revenue Growth: Drive product revenue and profitability through pricing strategies, market expansion, and the introduction of new products and features.

Customer Focus: Collaborate with customer feedback and insights to guide product improvements and deliver exceptional user experiences. Be an advocate for the end-user throughout the product development process.

Risk Management: Identify potential risks in product development and develop strategies to mitigate them. Ensure product launches are smooth and successful.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (MBA or advanced degree preferred).

Minimum of 10 years of experience in healthcare and wellness industry product management.

Proven experience in a leadership role, managing product teams and delivering successful products.

Strong knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance.

Exceptional strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.

Outstanding communication and leadership abilities.

Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.

Proven experience navigating the healthcare regulatory environment.
