The Brinks Company is looking for an Ethics & Compliance Analyst. This position will assist in the support of adaptable and proactive processes, practices, and projects to improve the day-to-day efficiency and effectiveness of the Global Ethics & Compliance Team. This position will work closely with our Global Head of Ethics & Compliance to identify opportunities for improvement, help implement, manage, and support those changes, and provide reporting and metrics.

This position will require a professional who can handle highly confidential information and data, exercise discretion and professional judgment, and work independently with limited supervision or prescribed procedures.

Responsibilities:

Manage key databases and processes, extracting data and providing analysis for the Global Ethics & Compliance Team

Support Ethics & Compliance Team tools to streamline new or existing practices

Develop and drive improved compliance with processes/policies and optimize workflows within the Ethics & Compliance Team department

Developing reports, metrics, and dashboards to support the goals and initiatives of the Global Ethics & Compliance Team

Track and maintainOffline training

Online training

Internal investigation data

KYC and TPRM data

Maintenance and support of Ethics & Compliance Team collaboration and intranet sites

Support distribution of Global Ethics & Compliance communications

Planning and organizing meetings and travel

Performance of special and ongoing projects or initiatives, to include working independently or within a team

Preparing, drafting and/or editing correspondence, reports, analyses and other communications and data, often of a highly confidential nature

Organizing and maintaining such filing systems as are deemed necessary

Support with budget preparation and tracking

Other duties as needed

Skills & Experience:
B.A. or B.S. preferred; minimum 60 hours college credit

2+ years of experience in a risk-related role (legal, internal audit, finance, etc.) with a preference for prior experience in a law firm or in-house legal department (with proficiency in analytics and legal terminology)

Proven track record of collaborating with cross-functional groups to set objectives and produce results

Excellent organizational, analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills

Support ad hoc projects within the team as they arise

High level of diplomacy and tact, ensuring confidentiality of information when required

Ability to balance multiple tasks/deadlines and effectively prioritize workload in a fast-paced environment

Self-motivated, determined, and able to work under own initiative

Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint

Comfort with data analytics and learning new systems
