Salary Range: $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities:

Administration of RTA Maintenance Management Software:

Daily data entry of Repair Orders created by Technicians

Daily data entry of vehicle mileage readings

Creation of parts Purchase Orders

Receiving, counting, and data input of all purchased parts

Responsible for periodic inventory counting and auditing

Monthly reporting and EOP updates, document filing, and photocopying

Create and maintain Word and Excel reports and documents

Additional duties as assigned

Company-branded shirts will be provided, and required to be worn while on duty

Qualifications:

High School diploma or equivalent

Must have computer usage skills, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

Must be a team player, yet be able to work independently

Proficient using Word, Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications

Flexible; able to adapt to changing priorities and frequent interruptions

Experience with RTA (Ron Turley Associates) maintenance software a plus

Travel for company business is occasionally required

License Requirement: Must possess a valid state-issued driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record

DOT Medical Card: A Medical Examiner's Certificate (DOT Medical Card) is required
