As a Personal Assistant, you will manage schedules, coordinate meetings, and ensure smooth day-to-day operations for our leadership team.

Responsibilities:

Manage and organize executive schedules, meetings, and appointments.

Handle travel arrangements, itineraries, and reservations.

Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and correspondence.

Act as the point of contact between executives and internal/external stakeholders.

Assist with personal errands and tasks as needed.

Coordinate events and special projects for the executive team.
