Project Manager - People/HR Systems
Location: Remote (Houston-based Project)
Contract: 8 months

Overview
Join our client's global team as a Project Manager for People/HR Systems, driving critical HR technology initiatives. You'll lead a high-impact project (such as implementing a Pay Equity solution or expanding Onboarding capabilities) to support the company's People/HR technology goals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Leadership & Strategy: Guide a project team with a clear vision and well-defined objectives, creating a sense of purpose and alignment.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, providing regular updates on plans, risks, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Project Execution: Drive HR technology projects to completion within a global, complex environment, ensuring they meet quality, budget, and timeline targets.
  • Planning & Governance: Establish and oversee project plans, including risk and opportunity management, and provide status updates per governance protocols.

What You'll Bring
  • Experience: Proven success managing complex HCM/HRIS projects, including integration, data management, and regulatory considerations.
  • Global Project Delivery: Expertise delivering projects in multinational settings with a thorough understanding of HR systems.
  • Project Management Mastery: Skilled in Agile, Waterfall, and other methodologies, with solid team leadership abilities.
  • Communication: Exceptional communication skills for remote collaboration with technical and functional teams, engaging and influencing stakeholders.
  • Technical Knowledge: Familiarity with ERP, ServiceNow, Oracle HCM Cloud, Taleo, and Candidate Relationship Management solutions.
  • Financial & Commercial Acumen: Strong budget management and project control capabilities, with a focus on ROI.
  • Credentials: Relevant certifications in Project or Change Management are a plus.
