A few details about the role:

Respond to IT tickets in a timely manner and troubleshoot all problems with team member machines, re-imaging PCs and laptops, as necessary.

Manage user accounts, distribution lists, and file rights utilizing Active Directory.

Monitor Sophos anti-virus system for system vulnerably daily.

Maintain information technology equipment including all hardware/software inventories.

Replace and upgrade various types of hardware, switches, routers, servers, desktops, laptops, printers, phone systems and wireless equipment within the appropriate life cycle. Ensure that all software is properly licensed.

Ensure an effective monitoring system for devices and services is in place and respond to community technical outages in a timely manner, reporting incidents to the executive director and the director of information technology immediately.

As applicable, maintain resident computer lab for both hardware and software. Respond to resident internet problems, email issues and other general computer problems.

Report any computer abuse, HIPPA violations, unauthorized system access, software use violations or licensing concerns immediately to director of information technology.

And here's what you need to apply:

Two-year degree in information technology, computer science or equivalent work experience.

Two to five years end-user support experience in a client/server, network, mainframe and applications environment.
