BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER

We're a global company focused on fittings, valves, quick disconnects, regulators, sample systems, integrated gas systems, and other instrumentation products. As we continue to grow, every team member plays a crucial role. We'd be excited to have you join us!

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:


  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field
  • 5 years of experience in outside sales
  • In-depth understanding of Distribution, OEMs, Engineering, and end users
  • Familiar with LEAN and ISO 9001 processes and procedures
  • Instrumentation fittings and valves experience
  • Proficient in delivering technical presentations, training, and product demos

RESPONSIBILITIES:


  • Engage with End Users and OEMs frequently
  • Follow up on all sales leads and track projects and quotations
  • Conduct account analysis to evaluate territory performance and potential
  • Gather competitive intelligence and insights on new products
  • Support company-wide sales initiatives
  • Deliver product training and presentations to Distribution and end users
  • Travel 6 - 10 nights per month, including trade shows
  • Exhibit a strong commitment to exceptional customer service and support
  • Adhere to zero-defect quality standards and procedures
