Responsibilities Do you want to be part of a team that supports USCYBERCOM's Joint Cyber Warfare Architect (JCWA) capabilities and systems? Peraton is looking for someone with a combination of expert engineering knowledge of enterprise IT and security solutions that will design, develop, and/or implement solutions while ensuring they are consistent with enterprise architecture security policies. Advise on the feasibility of potential future projects to the Program Manager and or Government Program Manager. As part of the team, the Digital Innovation Lead will be responsible for proactively leading architecture and development decision making that implement digital initiatives with effective transformation architecture and process improvements. Lead all efforts in the digital transformation that will help transform, modernize, and create efficiencies in the DoD by implements software and platforms, immersive technologies, and data management. Provide consultation, design leadership, and technical assistance for software and system deployment, and integrate enterprise-wide tools for automating, securing, monitoring, and managing the current and future technology environments in a proactive manner. Qualifications Basic Qualifications: Active TS/SCI, required
7 years' experience performing Technical/Engineering task in programs of similar scope, type and complexity
Minimum of 5 years on agile software development projects, preferably within DoD
Bachelor's degree in System Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering Science, Engineering Management, or related discipline from an accredited college or university is required
Experience using modern MBSE tools (Cameo/NoMagic, DOORS, Rhapsody, SPARX, etc.)
INCOSE Certified System Engineering Professional (CSEP) Certification Experience with the application of systems engineering, model-based engineering, digital engineering methods and creative thought-leadership
At least three to five years' experience with cloud services including open-source technology, software development, system engineering, scripting languages and multiple cloud provider environments.
Ability to work closely with the team and must demonstrate individual functional and professional knowledge to ensure that the work products and deliverables are of the highest caliber to ensure client satisfaction.
Ability to apply project management expertise to identify, develop, and implement techniques to improve engagement productivity, increase efficiencies, mitigate risks, resolve issues, and optimize cost savings and efficiencies.
Excellent understanding of containerization, including Docker, Kubernetes, AWS EKS, Azure AKS and Linux, Languages, frameworks, and tools
Working knowledge of database design
Must be committed to a culture of continuous improvement
Ability to work from government and contractor site, limited opportunity for working remotelyDesired Qualifications: Experience directly supporting or working at a Joint or Component Command Level
Experience in developing system performance, availability, scalability, manageability, and security requirements for mid-to-large scale systems
Experience in leading agile development models Target Salary Range $135,000 - $216,000. This represents the typical salary range for this position based on experience and other factors.
