PDS Tech Commercial, Inc is seeking experienced candidates for a Functional Test - Assembler role in San Antonio, TX. This role involves providing critical production support to the flight line and is 100% onsite.

Job Title: Functional Test - Assembler
Job Type: Full-time; Consultant (12 months)
Location: San Antonio, TX 78226
Schedule: Must be available for Variable shifts (1st: 5:30AM-2:00PM, 2nd: 2:30PM-11:00PM)
Pay Rate: $42.00 per hour

Key Responsibilities:

• Enhance productivity, safety, and team collaboration in a flight line environment.

• Coordinate with teams to identify and implement improvements in production processes.

• Ensure proper use, maintenance, and inventory of Lock Out Tag Out (LOTO) equipment.

• Collaborate with leadership on critical path production builds and safety measures.

• Supervise and review LOTO practices and monitor abnormal circumstance responses.

• Safely provide aircraft power and manage hazardous energy introduction.

• Coordinate hand-offs and system transfers with the next group coordinator.

• Maintain and verify system configurations, log sheets, and LOTO sign-outs.

Required Skills/Experience:

• A&P License (mandatory).

• 3+ years' experience in live aircraft/field operations.

• Experience identifying hazardous energy and troubleshooting complex aircraft systems.

• Ability to work variable shifts, including weekends and holidays, as needed to meet mission requirements.

Pay Details: $42.00 per hour
