• Certification: Medical Billing and Coding certification (e.g., CPC, CBCS) preferred.
• Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills with a customer-focused approach.
• Detail-Oriented: High level of accuracy and attention to detail in processing and managing billing tasks.
