We support customers with Centers of Excellence in Washington DC, Huntsville, AL and Burlington, MA with an additional 36 locations across the U.S. Astrion has an exciting opportunity for a senior contracting specialist for the Engineering, Professional, and Administrative Support Services contract, supporting the USAF Space Modular Common Cryptography program. JOB DETAILS LOCATION: San Antonio, TX JOB STATUS: Onsite TRAVEL: None REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS / SKILLS SECURITY CLEARANCE: Secret clearance with eligibility to upgrade to TS/SCI EDUCATION: MA/MS CERTIFICATIONS: Relevant DAWIA/APDP certification desired EXPERIENCE LEVEL: 12 years relevant experience, of which 5 must be in DoD; or 15 years of relevant experience with BA/BS only, of which 5 years must be in DoD; or 20 years of relevant experience OTHER QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS: US Government contract administration experience required CONWRITE experience preferred RESPONSIBILITIES: Support price/cost evaluation activities. Perform contract close-out activities. Collect, compile, and analyze data. Support clerical, administrative, and office operations. P erform training associated with contract activities.
