Job Description Summary: The Senior Program Manager - Utah Campus Execution is responsible for leading the management of multiple highly complex, mission-critical, and high-priority projects in the execution of the Utah Campus expansion. The PM will lead the cross functional team through the timely execution of Information Technology (IT), Information Assurance (IA), Facilities Management, Classified Space Buildouts, Physical Security, Sponsor Management, Process Improvement, Space Planning and other programmatic or organizational needs. The PM will be a well-organized, systematic problem-solver with a proven ability to communicate ideas and develop business relationships at all levels of the organization. Experience with matrix organizations and managing projects with a DFARS/DoD component is of great value to this role. In addition the PM will support a cross functional team ensuring Utah Campus developments enhance program capture, development, planning and execution. The Air Force and Missile Defense Strategic Systems program area at Draper is seeking a Clearfield, Utah based program manager to work closely with our staff as we increase our contributions to the warfighter, supporting program offices and industry and academic partners at Hill Air Force Base and surrounding area. This position will operate as an integral member of the mission area team and work across the breadth of the Draper enterprise to ensure adequate coordination and collaboration across laboratory functions. • Ensures contractual deliverables are completed on schedule and within the approved budget. • Support Program Directors, Business Area Leads, and Senior Program Managers in the development of internal products and provide recommendations for research and development. • Develop technical program management best practices and provide training/mentoring to project teams
• Monitors dependencies across multiple inter-related technical projects to adhere to methodologies, budgets, and timing
• Gather and report consolidated technical project status and financial information to leadership
• Recommends changes to improve processes and alleviate process inaccuracy and duplication. Skills/Abilities

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent discipline required. Experience
