Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer-oriented Infrastructure Support IS Team Lead in the Falls Church/Alexandria, VA area. This is an ONSITE position supporting the US government. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Subject Matter Expertise in Active Directory Services with experience creating, configuring, and implementing Group Policy Objects, AD Users and Computers, DNS, DHCP, ADFS, Certificate Authority. Subject Matter Expertise in Azure Gov with experience creating, configuring, and implementing Azure Storage Accounts, VNETs, NSGs, Azure Policy, Entra ID, VMs, Azure Site Recovery, Application Insight, etc. Manage, monitor, and maintain a Windows Enterprise environment with a small group of UNIX servers. Design and manage systems in an on-premises multi-datacenter environment, including HA/DR design. Experience designing, deploying and managing Windows 2016 - 2022 Server technologies, in a virtualized Cloud (Azure/AWS), and Nutanix HCI. Excellent oral and written communication skills and significant experience providing in-person technical briefings for executive audiences. Experience creating and updating SOPs and comprehensive technical documentation for all systems. Excellent time management and task management abilities must be able to plan and execute complex interdependent activities across both IT systems and people-based processes. System architecture, design, maintenance, upgrade and implementation projects. Ability to motivate, collaborate, and foster a positive team environment. Ability to multi-task on operational issues and handle high pressure situations and demands. Required Qualifications: 15+ years of experience in a SystemsAdministrator/Engineerrole and able to provide engineering and operational support. 5+ years of experience in a team lead role. Bachelor's degree required; degree in a STEM-related field is preferred. Experience designing, deploying and managing Windows server technologies, in Cloud (Azure/AWS), Nutanix and physical hardware. Preferred Qualifications: Proven record of identifying and implementing efficiencies in support of the customer. Microsoft Azure Administrator, Solutions Architect Expert Certifications, MCSE, MCSA Clearance Requirements: U.S. Citizenship Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance prior to setting start date Physical Requirements: Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing/walking/talking; and must be able to remain in a stationary position 50% Moving about to accomplish tasks or moving from one work site to another The person in this position needs to occasionally move about inside the office to access file cabinets, office machinery, etc. Requires frequently communicates with co-workers, management, and customers Communicating with others to exchange information Working with computers Must be able to lift and move hardware weighing up to 75 pounds For all positions requiring access to technology/software source code that is subject to export control laws, employment with the company is contingent on either verifying U.S.-person status or obtaining any necessary license.
