Job Description PRIMARY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: This position directly supports the Chief Operating Officer of the Test Resource Management Center. Assisting in the operations and administration of the organizational IT functions
Assisting end-users experiencing IT difficulties by troubleshooting and evaluating computer problems
Providing audio/video teleconferencing support
Escalating unresolved queries to the next level of support
Liaising with appropriate DISA Joint Service Provider team members for IT issues and requirements
Working with management, staff, and other users to determine life cycle refresh requirements of existing systems
Defining, analyzing, and researching organizational IT requirements Requirements MINIMUM SKILLS & REQUIREMENTS:
Knowledge of operating systems, software, and devices
Customer service experience
Problem-solving and organizational skills
Verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work successfully in a collaborative and diverse environment and be a team player
