Job description

Our client, a media nonprofit in Arlington, VA is seeking a Temporary Administrative Coordinator to support their Legal team with various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process invoices from outside legal firms and vendors.
  • Provide operational support, including:
    • Managing calendars
    • Handling travel arrangements
    • Coordinating events
    • Scheduling meetings and calls
    • Processing expense reports
    • Anticipating associated needs
  • Format, edit, and run comparisons/redlines of agreements and documents.
  • Draft correspondence, emails, and charts.
  • Prepare and format PowerPoint presentations.
  • Proofread documents with a high degree of accuracy.
  • Perform other assigned duties as needed.

Required Experience:

  • Minimum of 1+ year(s) of administrative support experience.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other administrative tools (expense reporting, invoicing, etc.).
  • Degree preferred but not required.

Position Details:

  • Type: Temporary, indefinite
  • Hourly Rate: $22/hr - $25/hr
  • Schedule: Part-time, likely 2 days a week (max 20 hours/week). Ideal days on-site are Tuesday and Wednesday, with a hybrid option for the rest of the week. A laptop will be provided.
  • Location: Arlington, VA
