Position Overview We are recruiting for an Electromagnetic (EM) subject matter expert with expertise in RF antenna measurement. Responsibilities The role involves setting up and conducting tests in our EM lab, maintaining test equipment, and analyzing results. The candidate should have hands-on experience with RF antennas, measurement instruments, and a strong understanding of electromagnetic principles. Required Qualifications Bachelors of Science degree Five years of demonstrated experience in antenna measurement chamber design and operation Two years of demonstrated experience using Keysight Technologies brand RF measurement equipment to include network analyzers (linear and non-linear), power meters, spectrum/signal analyzers, signal generators, and noise figure analyzers One year of demonstrated experience and/or training in operation of various electronic devices such as transmitters, receivers, power supplies, digital audio/video recorders, and audio repeaters and cellular devices Two years of demonstrated experience working with a far field antenna measurement chamber such as a tapered far field chamber, an outdoor far field antenna range or a compact ranges Demonstrated experience in the proper construction of RF cable/connector assemblies IPC J-STD-001 Requirements of Soldering Electrical and Electronic Assemblies certification or equivalent Two years of demonstrated experience working in a spherical cylindrical and/or planar near field antenna measurement chamber Active TS/SCI clearance with polygraph required Preferred Qualifications Masters of Science in Electromagnetics Programing/architectural programing experience in Visual Basic programing language or equivalent training Deemonstrated experience in Python Programing language Demonstrated experience working in a spherical cylindrical and/or planar near field antenna measurement chamber or equivalent training Demonstrated experience in the proper use of the MITS Electronics Precision milling machine and LPKF ProtoLaser U3 Company EEO Statement Accessibility/Accommodation: If because of a medical condition or disability you need a reasonable accommodation for any part of the employment process, please send an e-mail to or call Opt. 4 and let us know the nature of your request and contact information.
