Job description

The Systems Integrator (SI) will be responsible for performing high-level experimental prototyping of system-to-user analytical processes. The Systems Integrator will support government customers throughout the entire systems life cycle, including Concept of Operations (CONOPS) development, requirements gathering, working with developers to deliver capabilities, testing to ensure they meet requirements, and facilitating the transition to operations. The role also involves providing ongoing operations support. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in intelligence analytics and systems integration, along with experience in data science techniques, programming languages, and data automation. Key Responsibilities: • Perform end-to-end systems integration prototyping for system-to-user processes. • Implement data automation techniques to streamline systems operations. • Provide Systems Engineering Technical Advisor (SETA) services and ensure systems meet technical and operational standards. • Focus on the integration and operations of complex mission systems and supporting IT infrastructure. • Collaborate with team leads, program managers, and acquisition professionals to validate acquisition strategies and ensure technical feasibility. • Integrate new systems and initiatives based on user requirements and operational needs. • Assist in the preparation of presentations and reports to communicate progress, risks, and system capabilities. • Monitor system and segment schedules to ensure timely delivery, identifying dependencies and ensuring they are addressed. • Proactively identify and address risks and opportunities throughout the systems integration process. Qualifications: • Education: 10 to 12 years of experience with a BS/BA degree, or 8 to 10 years of experience with an MS/MA degree, or 5 to 7 years of experience with a PhD. • Security Clearance: Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required. • Experience: Extensive experience in intelligence analytics. Proven experience as a System Engineer or System Integrator. Strong knowledge of data automation and data science techniques. Experience with Collection Management and Multi-INT Systems. Extensive familiarity with NRO Enterprise software applications.
Technical Skills: • Proficiency with JEMA and Intelligence Community (IC) analytic tools, such as: FADE MIST bodhi chatsurfer Sentient Clairvoyant Mission Presenter • Experience with Data Science technologies, including: Python, SQL, R, JavaScript HTML, XML, JSON, KML Jupyter Notebook, Analyst Notebook, APIs Geospatial Tools: Geoserver, ArcGIS Feature Services, WMS, WFS This role is ideal for an experienced Systems Integrator who is passionate about working at the intersection of intelligence analytics, data automation, and system integration.
