Redhorse Corporation's Cyber Analytics team is seeking a Logistics Analyst to support the MDA's International Affairs Directorate (DI) and the Functional Matrixed Support Program Office of the Sea-Based Weapon Systems (formerly Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense) Program (AB). The Logistics Analyst will support the Agency in its Foreign Military Sales (FMS) mission. Responsibilities: The Logistics Analyst will support the AB International (ABI) office to develop transportation plans and coordinate the transfer of various system components between the U.S., manufacturing companies, and international partners. No direct experience with MDA is required.
Provide logistics services (completion of required transportation and shipping documentation, coordination with U.S. and foreign government and industry partners, arrangement of flights and ground transportation) in support of FMS case missile maintenance services and weapon system and components delivery fulfilment.
Development of transportation plans to deliver missiles and components from factory to final U.S. or FMS customer destination.
Development of shipping documentation (DD1149, DD1348, MDA 074, DD250).
Prepare briefings and supporting documents, schedules, work plans, analysis, assessments, clearances, minutes and actions items.
Ability to travel to support U.S. and international CONUS and OCONUS program reviews and brief U.S. and foreign officials on integrated logistics services. (10% - 20% travel will be required)
Basic Requirements for Skills, Experience, Education and Credentials: Education: Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) is required
Security Clearance: Active Secret Clearance is required.
Must have a minimum of 5 years related experience.
Must be able to work independently and with other logistics community partners in a team to accomplish the mission.
Ability to work with senior officials and brief up to flag-level officers and SES (usual level is GS-15 or 0-6 level).
Experience with coordination with international partner countries is preferred.
Experience with and knowledge of U.S. military and Department of Defense logistics practices and procedures is highly desired.
The position requires a high level of organization, strong attention to detail. We are seeking a professional with proficient communications and strong writing skills. Must be a motivated and organized self-starter who is capable of multitasking with minimal direction or oversight. Preferred Qualifications: Knowledge of N-ERP, FAR, DFARS, FMS, DCSA, FMFP, SAMM, ITAR, FCPA, and other relevant agencies, laws, regulations, rules, directives, policies, processes, procedures, publications, and additional requirements associated with international and FMS work is desired.
