Job description

Overview Program Management Analyst (VOPS-6 ): Bowhead seeks a Program Management Analyst to provide routine and complex program or financial management support/analyses, including; needs assessments and cost/benefits analyses in an effort to align program/financial needs with business initiatives. Aegis Ballistic Missile Defense understanding and operational experience is a plus. Responsibilities Job duties will include but are not limited to: Working with Program Evaluation Review Technique (PERT) charts
Work Breakdown Structures (WBS)
Program Life Cycle Cost Estimates (PLCCEs)
Cost Studies (Economic Analyses (EAs), Business Case Analyses (BCAs), Analysis of Alternatives (AoAs), Trade Studies, Cost Realism Analyses and Special Studies)
Integrated Warfare Systems (IWS) Program Office Cost Support (Program Objective Memorandum (POM) estimates, Selected Acquisition Report (SAR) submissions/inputs, Defense Acquisition Executive Summary (DAES) submissions, budget
Program Risk Analysis and Mitigation
Other duties as assigned Qualifications Aegis experience preferred Familiarity with Navy Combat Systems Intermediate to advanced level skills in Microsoft Office software suite - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of employees and outside contacts Strong interpersonal skills and good judgment with the ability to work alone or as part of a team Physical Demands: Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds Must be able to stand and walk for prolonged amounts of time Must be able to twist, bend and squat periodically SECURITY CLEARANCE REQUIREMENTS: Must currently hold a security clearance at the Secret level. US Citizenship is a requirement for Secret clearance at this location.
