Chenega IT Enterprise Services (CITES) offers forward-thinking technology solutions to federal agencies and the DoD. Formed in 2016 to serve federal customers CONUS, CITES has grown quickly into a best practices leader for the modern federal enterprise.
The Cost Analyst, Senior shall develop cost estimating models, life cycle cost analysis, cost/benefit analysis, cost estimating drills, cost control, and analysis, and other cost documents.
Responsibilities
- Document the facts and assumptions that are used in the cost analysis.
- Perform cost/benefits analyses and sensitivity analyses.
- Develop rough orders of magnitude to respond to various cost requirements and questions and defend the derived cost position.
- Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Highschool Diploma or GED equivalent
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 5+ years of relevant work experience
- Active or Interim Secret clearance required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must have the ability to apply cost expertise in the following areas: requirements generation process, planning, programming, budgeting, execution process, acquisition policy documents, and current issues in systems and services acquisition management.
- Strong coordination, organization, teaming, and communication skills.
- Must have excellent organizational, scheduling, and prioritization skills and maintain a high level of confidentiality, ethics, and integrity.
- Works well individually or in a group setting.
- Ability to interact with co-workers to develop a team environment.
- Ability to work under pressure and time constraints.
- Proficient with MS Word, Excel, Office, Outlook, Utilize AutoCAD, Visio, MS Project 2007
- Ability to work independently without direct supervision or guidance.
