Job description

Responsibilities & Qualifications RESPONSIBILITIES Implement RMF and all steps of the RMF Process
Lead a Cyber Network Defense (CND) team
Provide oversight in evaluating security controls and compliance on a variety of hardware and software systems
Provide leadership in dealing with incident response and spillages
Direct eMASS inputs/updates
Provide expert guidance with assessing ACAS and STIG checklists.
Coordinate red team/blue team activities
Lead teams in the implementation and usage of Splunk, Sourcefire and ArcSight or similar tools
Provide strong technical direction
Exhibit a strong work ethic and ability and willingness to take on new challenges as part of leading by example
Provide leadership during a Command Cyber Readiness Inspection (CCRI)
Provide leadership during Evaluator Scoring Metrics (ESM) Audits
Demonstrate experience with Cyber Key Terrain
Ensure 8570 / 8140 requirements compliance
Provide Continuous Monitoring and Case Management and Reporting System (CMRS) oversight
Direct Vulnerability Management activities
Implement MITRE ATT&CK
Demonstrate an understanding of Splunk architecture and capabilities
Provide packet capture analysis oversight REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Fifteen (15) years of experience.
Top-Secret Clearance required.
DoD 8570 compliant certifications (IAT II, CSSP IR).
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Demonstrated a strong work ethic and ability and willingness to take on new challenges
Practical experience with Cybersecurity Incident Response (Preparation, Detection, etc.)
Prior leadership experience of with Teams of 50+ employees
Practical experience with Cyber threat hunting and analysis
