Job description

The WMD-CP Analysis, Engineering and Data Science Support (WAEDS) task order will support the
Defense Counterproliferation Office (DCP) to bolster the DIA's mission to avoid strategic surprise and
create decisive advantage as the DoD intelligence leader for producing All Source Intelligence on foreign
Weapons of Mass Destruction (WMD) in support of U.S. counterproliferation efforts. The purpose of this task is to provide:
• Program Management
• WMD Counter Analysis Support
• Chemical & Biological Warfare Program Analysis
• Nuclear Weapons Program Analysis
• Characterization & Vulnerability Assessment
• CWMD Intelligence Support SMEs will develop innovative analytic and collection concepts across directorate mission areas, support
assessment of new technologies techniques, methods, conduct multi-Intelligence integration, and plan
programming budgeting. Required Qualifications:
• MA in relevant field.
• Experience conducting all-source analytic production on foreign nuclear programs to
include, but not limited to, production facilities, stockpiles, logistics, systems employment,
security and vulnerabilities of facilities and stockpiles.
• Experience analyzing nuclear weapons proliferation and procurement, monitors and
provides supply chain vulnerabilities of controlled and dual use technologies, materials and
expertise.
• Experience performing analysis on foreign State adherence and implementation of
international and bilateral commitments related to nuclear weapons.
• Demonstrates in-depth knowledge and understanding of the related field activities required
to meet mission requirements.
• Demonstrates mastery of qualitative and quantitative analytic methodologies and pursue
developments in academia or other fields that affect tradecraft methodology.
• Demonstrates ability to define comprehensive, new, or unique research approaches that
enable rigorous assessments to address and contribute to high-level tasks.
• Demonstrates in-depth analysis of analytic operations and knowledge management issues
across organizational and intra-IC boundaries and clearly articulates key findings.
• Demonstrates ability to work independently and with minimal oversight.
• Demonstrates ability to review analytic products for cogent arguments, tradecraft standards,
and adequate support for conclusions; routinely tests analytic rigor of analytic products.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in related field with at least a portion of the experience
within the last 2 years.
• Active DoD Top Secret Clearance with SCI and must be able to obtain CI Poly.
