Visit for more details. Responsibilities The Sponsor has a requirement for a Systems Integrator who will help the Sponsor manage data lifecycle systems for a broad and diverse customer base. The Systems Integrator will define and manage requirements, while coordinating priority and implementation options across Sponsor teams. The candidate will serve as the main point of contact for the customer base for this effort. The candidate will coordinate and communicate strategic changes; manage requirement fulfillment across Sponsor teams; serve as day-to-day customer relationship manager; and ensure that a tiered support model effectively resolves customer incidents. The candidate will become a subject matter expert in the Sponsor's full data lifecycle and drive technical improvements. The successful candidate should possess expertise in Project Management, Agile, and exceptional communication skills. Duties include but are not limited to: Operate Jira workflows across engineering and development team to include scrum master duties one of three teams
Apply senior experience in managing development/engineering teams to ensure Planning Increment (PI) milestones and goals are on track
Facilitate necessary communication and collaboration across teams to deliver engineering solutions that meet the mission needs
Maintain Business Intelligence (BI) reports to inform government on any gaps, emerging needs for staffing or technical resources
Work closely with government staff on day-to-day operations and strategic planning
Help sponsor follow and improve repeatable processes for managing customer needs
Work with Sponsor technical teams and customers to ensure goals and requirements are gathered, clearly articulated, documented, and tracked to closure
Work with Sponsor to identify requirements and then lead processes to ensure the requirements are turned into actionable Agile development tasks: Minimum Value Increments (MVIs)
Serve as liaison between the customer and the staff manager and ensure accurate, professional, and timely information is shared with stakeholders
Coordinate project schedules, document and distribute meeting artifacts, document and track actions for successful completion
Translate technical information into clear, readable documents and presentations to be used by technical and non-technical personnel
Qualifications Required: Must possess and be able to maintain a TS/SCI clearance with Polygraph
Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, or a scientific or technical discipline: BS 12-15, MS 10-13, PhD 10+
Ability to fully coordinate master project schedules
Ability to coordinate information flow that occurs between all programs and organizational managers
Ability to establish functional and technical specifications and standards, solve hardware and software interface problems, define input/output parameters, and ensure integration of the entire system or subsystem
Provides a total systems perspective including a technical understanding of relationships, dependencies, and requirements of hardware and software components
Desired: Doctorate (or equivalent experience) in a field related to the position
20 years' experience
5 years' experience in the Intelligence Community
Ability to test and evaluate hardware and software to determine efficiency, reliability, and compatibility with existing systems
Identifying measures or indicators of system performance and the actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goals of the system
Ability to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
Ability to coordinate with engineers, systems analysts, programmers, technicians, scientist and top-level managers in the design, testing, and evaluation of systems
