Job description

Position would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech.

US Citizenship Required.

In conjunction with the program manager develops program plans and determines efficient and effective approaches to achieve assigned program objectives within the framework of company capabilities, company policies and procedures and contractual requirements. Working with the functional organizations, develops realistic, detailed schedules and conducts critical path analyses to support program planning and continuing performance evaluation using company Integrated Master Planning & Scheduling (IMPS) standards. Conducts status reviews and analyzes program schedule status (resources, schedule duration, activity constraints, relationships of activities and critical path), prepares and delivers Earned Value Management System (EVMS) data to the Business/Finance Office. Develop company standard S-Curve for supporting program(s) Assists the program manager in critical program decision making, balancing functional recommendations and overall program performance objectives. Participates in the implementation of technical actions where necessary to best support program objectives. Ensures timely preparation and submission of status and progress reports and related data required. Supports management and customer reviews as requested by the program manager. Develops program proposal schedules as required. Develops detailed network logic diagrams per company standards. Develops reports and techniques to monitor program schedule variances against the plan and current forecasts. Participates in and contributes to process/quality improvement teams and/or initiatives. Identifies and recommends improvements to scheduling processes, practices or materials which lead to positive results in product quality. Participates in and keeps current with professional program mangement associations such as Program Management Institute (PMI), MicroSoft Project Users Group (MPUG), and Earned Value Management Systesm (EVMS).

Skills Required

Utilize computer skills to prepare appropriate reports and documents 4. Make decisions using sound judgment while complying with policies, procedures, appropriate principles and applicable state and federal laws and regulation 5. Analyze, evaluate, develop and implement processes and systems within budget and adhere to time requirements and schedule 6. Design and develop products and services using state-of-the-art technology, principles, theories and concepts.)
