Job Description: Data Administrator - ServiceNow

Responsibilities:
Utilize ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) using SAM to
accurately maintain and update the hardware and software inventory of thousands of
laptops.
Utilize ServiceNow s SAM Pro module to collect, sort, analyze and document software
inventories across 10,000+ end point devices to normalize software assets
Ability to work in a team environment to coordinate efforts to achieve team goals
Critical thinking and strong data analytical skills needed to properly assess software
normalization

Basic Qualifications:
High School Diploma, GED or equivalent certification
Proven experience with ServiceNow CMDB, Change Management, and Patch
Management modules
Strong Microsoft Excel and/or SQL experience
Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with IT teams.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Preferred Qualifications:
Bachelor s Degree or military experience
Experience as a ServiceNow Administrator or similar role is a plus
ServiceNow SAM Professional Fundamentals Certification or equivalent experience
Experience with IT Asset Management (ITAM) tools.
