In the heart of Springfield, VA, INCATech is on the lookout for a dynamic Principal Contract Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in supporting the NGA. As a Principal Contract Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of post-award acquisition support and will provide invaluable expertise in contract administration and compliance. Responsibilities: Lead post-award acquisition support, offering expert advice and document support across various phases of the acquisition process. Provide essential support to the Contracting Officers and technical offices in formal and informal source selections, ensuring seamless contract award. Ensure compliance with terms and conditions of contracts, playing a crucial role in contract modification and invoicing support. PRINCIPAL CONTRACT SPECIALIST REQUIREMENTS: 10+ years of experience in federal contract management and operations, with a strong focus on intelligence community or Department of Defense contracts. Expert knowledge of Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) and DoD Federal Acquisition Regulation Supplement (DFARS), with proficiency in contract writing tools and administration. Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility is a mandatory requirement for this role. Proven experience in large and complex software development contracts, with advanced skills in contract administration and management. A Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or related field, alongside DAWIA II and/or FAC-C II certification. PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS: Demonstrated financial analysis expertise, including funding and invoice analysis, CLINS analysis, and vendor terms comparative analysis. Proficiency in PRISM and extensive experience using network share drives for data management. Advanced certification such as DAWIA III and/or FAC-C III, coupled with a Master's degree in Accounting/Finance/Business or related field. Apply For Job
