Genesis10 is seeking a IT Project Manager Specialist for a 6 month contract position with a mortgage loan corporation located in McLean, VA
This position will be remote initially but will transition to the Hybrid model which requires being onsite Tuesday through Thursday


Summary:

• Seeking a Senior IT Project Manager with Project management experience in mortgage industry preferred

Experience in:

• Running complex projects with small-size budget and scope spanning across several systems
• Running projects using software development life cycle (SDLC), Agile methodology, and project management life cycle (PMLC)
• Experience managing projects in Risk Management, with familiarity with key Risk related concepts (i.e
  frameworks, controls, remediation)
• Experience with GenAI (Generative Artificial Intelligence) product implementation preferred
• Strong experience in project management processes:
• Budget management and resource management
• Stakeholder Management
• Risk management
• Scope and change request management
• Schedule management
• Internal controls and quality management
• Excellent communication, influencing and collaboration skills
• Good organization, presentation and customer service skills

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $75.00 - $77.00 depending on experience
