WhatYou'llDo: Coordinate, consolidate, develop, and maintain CFM governance and programmatic documents (e.g. DAFIs, policies, pamphlets, playbooks, annexes, etc.), action plan recommendations, task and inquiry responses, and issue resolution action plans under AF/A4C program management oversight that emerge from developing civil engineers to meet critical cybersecurity mitigation training and operational requirements as well as CE strategic plans and Career Field management requirements and coalesce those efforts with existing career field management initiatives.
Coordinate and collaborate with the AF/A4C Strategic Communications team, other CFMs, Air Force Personnel Center (AFPC) Career Field Teams (CFT) and stakeholders to establish and 94 execute consistent and clear messaging surrounding the growth of capabilities and proficiencies in Officer, Enlisted, and Civilian career fields as outlined by professional military development, civilian developmental education, talent management, and workforce expertise across the CE enterprise level.
What You'll Bring: Bachelor's degree and experience leading office admin teams and/or human capital management.
Knowledge of Air Force Civil Engineering (AF CE) programs and experience with Air Force and DoD technical writing.
Must have an active Secret clearance.
Successful results of preemployment screenings, including federal background check, MVR, and drug screen
Comply with company drug and alcohol policy.
Be authorized to work in the US or will be authorized by the successful candidate's start date.
Location & Travel Requirements The position will primarily work a hybrid work schedule, with a couple days of the work week to be spent at the Pentagon in Washington, DC. This role also requires up to 50% travel. Compensation Expected Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 Versar Global Solutions is providing the compensation range and general description of other compensation and benefits that the Company in good faith believes it might pay and/or offer for this position based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities in addition to internal equity and geographic location.
