Job description

ERP Administrator
We are actively seeking an ERP Administrator to support, maintain, upgrade, and manage a core ERP business system for our healthcare related client. .

In this pivotal role, the Administrator will:

  • Provide comprehensive support to the organization for all ERP-related inquiries and challenges.
  • Collaborate closely with business stakeholders to identify, document, and communicate requirements.
  • Participate actively in testing initiatives, both in validating their own contributions and in supporting fellow team members.
  • Deliver innovative solutions promptly, maintaining a focus on high performance, user-friendliness, and reusability.

Compensation, benefits, location:

  • Compensation Range: $100,000-115,000
  • Full suite of benefits including healthcare, dental, vision, 401k, PTO
  • Located Madison - South Central - Hybrid - Tuesday-Thursday in office
  • Compensation: $95,000 - 110,000

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough analysis of complex data systems, meticulously documenting data elements, flow, relationships, and dependencies.
  • Develop reusable routines for extracting information from databases and various business systems, automating processes wherever feasible.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders to gather and refine requirements effectively.
  • Utilize appropriate development tools to enhance system functionality through tailored customizations.
  • Define business systems, processes, and user needs through meticulous analysis.
  • Investigate transactional issues, pinpoint root causes, and drive effective resolutions.
  • Design dashboards by users and gather needed requirements to establish workflows.
  • Liaise directly with business stakeholders to translate requirements into high-performing solutions.

Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years of hands-on ERP experience.
  • Prior experience supporting QAD, SAP, Epicor, and/or Oracle ERP is preferred.
  • Proficiency in relational database tools, with the ability to write and execute complex SQL queries.
  • Proven ability to collaborate effectively within cross-functional teams.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, essential for translating business requirements into viable system solutions.
