The person will be interacting with multiple teams within the division and manages the execution of all direct customer communications and automations across different channels (Email, SMS, Push, WhatsApp, etc.).What you will doManaging the planning, design and content for CRM campaigns via Email, SMS, WhatsApp & Web Push.Build great email marketing campaigns.Coordinate with the multiple teams in the business that will assist in design and content creation.Own the operations for executing retention & churn prevention marketing campaigns.Monitor the performance of campaigns through tracking and analytics.Create dashboards, reports and alerts for stakeholders.Required Skills to be successfulExperience using marketing automation software such as Emarsys, Braze, SAP Hybris or Responsys.HTML experience is an added advantage as sometimes it will be required to support from a hands on perspective.About the TeamAs a CRM Manager you will be reporting to Senior CRM Planning ManagerWhat equips you for the roleThe ideal candidate should come from CRM/CLM background, with experience in designing retention, churn and engagement campaigns.We’re here to provide excellent service but a little help from you can ensure a five-star candidate experience from start to finish.Before you click “apply”: Please read the job description carefully to ensure you can confidently demonstrate why this opportunity is right for you and take the time to put together a well-crafted and personalised CV to further boost your visibility.
