Job description

The primary objective is to increase sales within the established region while actively pursuing new business opportunities. This role also involves supporting and collaborating with the broker community to drive sales growth, maintaining a strong focus on target sales margins. Additionally, you will work closely with the National Sales Manager, Vice President of Sales, President, and other departments to achieve these goals.

Description

  • Identify target accounts for growth.
  • Open, develop, and maintain customer accounts.
  • Launch new products in the marketplace or with distributors.
  • Recruit and support a broker network.
  • Set and uphold target profit margins.
  • Leverage the network to expand the customer base.
  • Prepare products for presentations, training, and cost comparisons.
  • Implement sales rebates and allowances.
  • Create sales and marketing proposals for customers regarding products and services.
  • Meet or exceed sales objectives.
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers.
